Join us for an inspiring evening with Alumni Weekend keynote speaker Carmen Perez (Rachel Carson College [formerly College Eight], psychology), a criminal justice reform activist and a national co-chair of the Women’s March on Washington. Perez has dedicated 20 years to advocating for many of today’s important civil rights issues, including mass incarceration, gender equity, violence prevention, racial healing, and community policing.

She will speak on her experiences developing policy guidelines, studying intersecting social identities, and driving unseen numbers of people into action in call campaigns, strikes, protests, and more.
